And in this immersive course, learners are guided through the process of self-discovery using the 8 Anchor Attributes of the IMPACTER Cycle:  Curiosity, Perspective-Taking, Purpose, Self-Control, Grit, Growth Mindset, Compassion, and Gratitude. Upon completion, students emerge with a profound understanding of who they are, and become better equipped to appreciate their individual strengths, and identify areas for future growth.
